Job description:

Position Responsibilities:
- Reinforce the positive image of FileLink & ShredLink, especially while delivering documents and providing shredding services for our customers by maintaining proper communication, attitude, and appearance conducive to company image at all times
- Work closely with our customer support staff, sales department and other associates
- Load and unload our delivery trucks
- Professional, reliable, and safe delivery of documents and services
- Operate company vehicles and delivery related tools in accordance with all safety policies
- Assist in various warehouse projects as requested by Management
- Load or pull boxes and files from shelves in warehouse and safely operate lift equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested by management
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pre-employment DOT physical exam (unless already processing current certification), DOT drug testing and clean background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to lift file boxes and shred bags weighing up to 90 pounds and roll shred bins in and out of buildings
- Genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Possess a basic level of knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook Word Excel)
- Capable of receiving a forklift operator’s certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of one (1) year experience driving a 16' delivery truck required
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with the possibility of some nights or weekends when needed.
Compensation: Starting pay $15.00 to $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience. We offer a full benefits package, including health benefits, retirement and paid time off and paid holidays for full-time employees. EOE.
